A Woman’s Charm accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. We operate a sophisticated on-line processing system via Paypal, one of the world's largest credit card processing companies. If you are shopping outside the

A Woman’s Charm reserve the right to decline any orders that do not pass the Address Verification System in full, including a working land line telephone number, in certain circumstances a mobile number will be accepted. In this case customers may be asked to submit a recent bank statement or personal utility bill to confirm the name address and postcode submitted as their invoice address. This information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. If an order is declined the customer will be asked to apply for a refund through their own credit card bank. Due to the proliferation of credit card fraud and under certain circumstances, we now offer an alternative method of payment via Direct Debit Bank Transfer.

Overseas orders are placed at the customer’s risk. A Woman’s Charm will not accept the responsibility for overseas orders lost in transit.
A Woman’s Charm will not accept responsibility for orders lost in transit when delivery is requested to a business address.
Delivery Schedule
Most items are held in stock and will be dispatched to you within 3 working days from receiving your order. However some items can take up to 14 working days. If you are resident in the Australia and have not received your goods within 14 days of placing an order, please contact us immediately on (08) 8523 4832. All overseas orders please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Replacement of missing parcels is at the discretion of A Woman’s Charm
Damaged Goods
If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately on (08) 8523 4832 and return the product to us at: A Woman’s Charm Po Box 60, Gawler, SA,
AUSTRALIA, 5118. We will replace the item free of charge and take your case up with the Australia Post or our courier company.

The business operates a 7-day No quibble Guarantee from the date of dispatch minus 25%. If you are outside that time limit, subject to items being returned in mint condition, you will be offered a Credit Note for the value of the goods upon returning the goods to us. This can be redeemed at any time over the following three months, simply by calling the Sales Team on (08) 8523 4832
However no returns are available on navel jewellery and pierced earrings or rings ordered to specific sizes and sale items are also non-returnable. Postage, Insurance and packing is not refunded.

For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on pierced earrings or navel jewellery. Rings ordered to specific sizes and Sale Jewellery is also non-refundable. When returning goods, it will speed up the process enormously if you remember to include your name/address, and receipt/order number. Any items returned should not have been used or worn. Please send items back via registered post for your own proof of delivery, as the business cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. This postage cost is not reimbursed. Once we receive the goods, we will then refund your card or allow you to exchange the items for something else. Refunds after 7 days from the date of dispatch are at the discretion of A Woman’s Charm. By placing an order, you agree to the terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.
